hyperactive happiness

From time to time I get kinda hyper. The level of jittery-ness usually depends on how much sleep I got the night before, the amount of chocolate I ate that day, or if a cute boy said hi to me in passing.

However, lately, my hyperactive happiness, has been more than usual. I'm getting normal amounts of sleep, I dont eat excessive amounts of chocolate, and no cute boys ever say hi to me, but there are days and times that I seriously can't stop smiling.
Take yesterday for example:
I went on an incredible and invigorating run through central park with my dear dear running/work partner. We talked about prayer and the Holy Ghost, while I listened to a new cd that definitely put an extra bounce in my step.

Here it is: You will appreciate this. and understand part of the reason I was so happy. This song is so happy. try dancing and running to it. It makes it even happier.
I'm telling you...if you are looking for a stimulating and rejuvenating exercise routine, you should make sure the previously mentioned things are included.

After the run I still had too much energy and too big of a smile on my face to ride the subway all the way home. So I got off a stop early, and happily jaunted the rest of the way home, while talking to momma.

I like to take advantage of the times I am home alone to dance my heart out. and that I did. It's too embarrassing to do such thing around civil people. Cause, when I say dance, I mean dance!
Moon walk and all. Last nights break down included the snorkel dance, the lawn mower, the stanky leg and the jump up and down while singing at the top of your lungs dance. I'm so glad my dad bought me my full length mirror cause without it my party wouldn't have been nearly as much fun.
Still full of energy and knowing our recent Blockbuster was due before midnight, I was out the door. With my ipod (listening to the same cd on repeat) and blockbuster in hand ....I sprinted. I literally booked it. 4 blocks down to our newly discovered dvd rental home. I don't know what my problem was. But my calves are really sore this morning from my sprint. sad I know.

It's nights like these that I realize how blessed I am. I live in New York! I have amazing wonderful friends. I was born into the most incredible family. I know that Heavenly Father loves me and knows me personally!

Life is good.
